Outside of her household, Grace is friends with Emilia Ernest and Morgyn Ember, and she also knows Emilia's fiancé, Darrel Charm. She appears in both trailers for Realm of Magic, as well as the boxart. She is also an unlockable townie in The Sims Mobile.
As indicated by their household name, both Grace and Tomax have the spellcaster rank of Acolyte. In the official gameplay trailer, it is shown that she was turned into a spellcaster by Morgyn.
Her last name is a reference to the Ghanian folk-tales of a magical spider by the same name.
