A mini goat
Goats, specifically Mini Goats, are a minor pet introduced in The Sims 4: Horse Ranch.
Sims can adopt mini goats along with mini sheep in the adoption menu on the computer, when bought they will be placed in the Sim's inventory and can be placed in the world as well as named.
Once placed in the world, mini goats can be cared for, socialize, and help with gardening. Mini goats can be milked once a day for simoleons; if Cottage Living is also installed, however, the mini goats milk can be added to the inventory.
When milk is added to the inventory, a goat yields two bottles of milk per milking, and the quality is determined by the goat's happiness. Unhappy goats yield poor quality milk, Fine goats yield normal quality, Happy goats yield either normal or outstanding quality, and Very Happy goats always yield outstanding quality milk.

How to Adopt Mini Goats[]
- Open your sims phone and click the "Home" icon. Then Scroll down to "Call Ranch Animal Exchange". From here you will see the option "Buy Mini Goats & Mini Sheep".
- In the World of Chestnut Ridge, in the Neighborhood of New Appaloosa, just down the street from the bar there is one building that is actually clickable and from here you can "Shop for Mini Goats & Mini Sheep". Building is called Bits And Bales Mercantile.
- Build Mode -> Hay Now! Horse Bed - Once Purchased and placed on a lot there is an option to "Call Ranch Animal Exchange..." then "Buy Mini Goats & Sheep"
- Build Mode -> Hay Now! Animal Feeder - Once Purchased and placed on a lot there is an option to "Call Ranch Animal Exchange..." then "Buy Mini Goats & Sheep"
