Gambling is a skill in The Sims 3 that was introduced with The Sims 3 Store venue Lucky Simoleon Casino. It returns in a limited form in The Sims 4: Journey to Batuu, through playing Sabacc, a Star Wars-inspired card game.

The Sims 3 Store[edit | edit source]

The skill helps Sims win games at the casino which will help them win money. Sims who have the Lucky trait will find this skill useful when visiting the casino. Sims with the Unlucky trait will have trouble learning this skill.

Sims can increase the skill by using the Hit 'em Harder Blackjack Table, the Dead Man's Hand Poker Table, the Let it Ride Roulette Table, or the Triple Riches Slots O'Jackpots Slot Machine.
