Fransisca Pantalone (née Zanni) was the mother of Isabella Monty. Unfortunately, she died a while before the beginning of the game. She may have lived outside of Veronaville, as her grave does not exist in the town and she is not resurrectable.
Interestingly, she died an untimely death as an adult.
Note: Fransisca was a nun in Shakespeare's Measure for Measure.
