Fransisca Pantalone (née Zanni) was the mother of Isabella Monty. Unfortunately, she died a while before the beginning of the game. She may have lived outside of Veronaville, as her grave does not exist in the town and she is not resurrectable. She bears a striking resemblance to Frida Goth.
Like the deceased parents of many Veronaville sims, she suffered an untimely death as an adult.
Fransisca was a nun in Shakespeare's Measure for Measure.
There is a hidden picture of her that can be found in game files such as SimPE, this one is quite different from her, showing Francisca as an elder with lighter skin tone. It is unknown why does the picture exist, though this happens with many more Veronaville Sims.
"Pantalones", in Spanish, means "Pants". It could be a reference to a character from the Commedia de´ll arte. "Pantalone" is an avariciously old merchant. Her birth last name could name a group of characters in the Commedia de´ll arte: The poor footmen
