Forums: IndexCommunity discussionsI am considering to make a glitch wiki for The Sims. | Forum new Post

In response of Wogan Hemlock's removal of glitch articles on The Sims Wiki, I will make a wiki of The Sims about glitches. The reason is that whenever I create an article related to glitches, Wogan deletes it. So in order to fix this, I will make a Wiki called The Sims Glitch Wiki. I will post glitches of The Sims in this new wiki since Wogan deleted most glitch articles that I created.

I also have a question to ask, why are the glitch articles keep being deleted? I also use the word glitch in the name and add it to the glitches category. I also remember that Wogan Hemlock tried to delete the VIP Room glitch article that I created (He later decided that it would not be deleted). So I take it that glitches are not allowed on The Sims wiki or Wogan dislikes glitch articles? WinMacSims3 16:38, October 9, 2011 (UTC)

Thank you, but I prefer O Positive! (Talk) This Plasma Pack tastes fool!16:41, October 9, 2011 (UTC)
Most of the glitches pages you created do not warrant their own articles, but only their own sections. Per that, the articles were consider redundant and thus were removed.
This shouldn't be a matter of forum. Also, if your intention is to threaten us that you will leave, this forum is useless. The glitches pages are deleted because we cannot have a single article for all them, and creating lists of these glitches is quite more reliable. Thank you. --RoseGuiThanks rose (talk here) 16:42, October 9, 2011 (UTC)
A couple of things:
  1. WH isn't the only one removing your pages, so you shouldn't aim this at him personally.
  2. Everyone who did remove your pages did it for a reason - not every glitch warrants its own page (as pointed out above) but they can be covered in a small section on an already existing page. Lost Labyrinth Flag united kingdom england (c)(b) 18:39, October 9, 2011 (UTC)
I've said to you several times the articles do not warrant their own page. You can make more but someone will delete them. I only delete them for this reason. As well as this, I'd like to tell you that you're skating on thin ice here. Some of the things you have said have been downright rude in the past, in particular towards myself and other administrators. Stop now, or some form of action may be taken. Just because someone does something you don't agree with is no reason to attack that user, e.g. this forum post from a few days ago. If you disagree with a user, leave them a message explaining your reasoning, and work it out calmly, rather than posting a forum and making a scene of it. Thanks. ђ talk 04:23, October 10, 2011 (UTC)
Also, glitch pages may be more speculative than other articles, it's best not to specify too much about some types of glitches. --RoseGuiThanks rose (talk here) 18:02, October 10, 2011 (UTC)
I apologize. Plus, I had already made a wiki http://thesimsglitches.wikia.com/wiki/The_Sims_Glitch_Wiki so although you can remove me. I cannot be removed from the "glitch" wiki. I may consider leaving The Sims Wiki due to the harsh criticisms against me. The criticism is like I am Windows Vista. I will have to leave the Sims Wiki, effective immediately. Goodbye users. Goodbye and goodluck with your new wiki! Wir.wiryawan 07:44, October 11, 2011 (UTC)
The criticism is valid. Please don't act like if you were a victim of anything. As for the your wikia, I wish the best luck. Goodbye. ^_^ --RoseGuiThanks rose (talk here) 17:43, October 11, 2011 (UTC)
