Although Flo is no longer living at the start of The Sims 2, the Broke family tree tells us that Flo was married to Flat Broke, and that they are the parents of Skip Broke. All three of them are deceased before the start of The Sims 2 's storyline, which leaves Skip's wife, Brandi, widowed and raising their sons (Dustin, Beau, and an unborn son, which she is expecting at the start of the game), who are Flo's grandchildren.
She is a deceased elder in The Sims 2. By this time, her children have died, and Skip got married to Brandi Broke and had 3 children with Brandi. What happened to the rest of her family is unknown.
