Flamenco Caliente is one of the pre-made, unplayable deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Pleasantview, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 2. He was the son of Nestor and Pollination Technician 7, the stepson of Dulcinea, the half-brother of Tango, the husband of Nighat Caliente (née Al Mahmoud), and the father of Nina and Dina. Although he is deceased when the game begins, he appears in the family tree of his twin daughters Nina and Dina.

According to his daughters' memories, Flamenco died when they were adults. As Nina and Dina are on their 2nd day as adults, he would have to have died quite recently. He is the result of an alien abduction between Nestor Caliente and Pollination Technician 7. Like his brother, Flamenco gets his name from a Spanish folk dance. His name however could also allude to "Flamingo," which suits both of his daughters quite well. Rare for an alien-Sim hybrid, he has human skin and no obvious alien traits, except for the high cheekbones.

According to Flamenco's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was red before it turned grey, meaning that his hair must have been dyed for it to appear brown in the pictures of the Caliente family storytelling images of him as an adult. According to his age data, he had 38 days left in the elder life stage when he died. His half-brother Tango had 32 days left when he died. Whether this means that Tango is the older brother of the two, or Flamenco was given a longer lifespan as an elder is uncertain. Like most pre-made deceased Sims from The Sims 2, he is completely unplayable without the use of hacks or third party programs, such as SimPE.

Nina and Dina appear in Barnacle Bay, a Store neighborhood for The Sims 3, but Flamenco does not appear on the family tree. There is a song in The Sims 3 that is playable on the guitar entitled "Flamenco Fever". This could be one of the several Easter Eggs found in the The Sims 3. However, this could just be because it is a type of dance. He is the only Sim born via alien abduction to inherit a normal skin tone rather than the green alien skin. Jill Smith does not count, as she was not a product of alien abduction. Flamenco was almost certainly made in Create a Sim, rather than being created through genetics. It's possible to fix this in SimPE, however, since Flamenco can't be revived, this would be pointless.
