Fitness is a skill in The Sims 4. Fitness in Sims 4 is a fun way for your Sim to earn plenty of Satisfaction points via completing all the regular Fitness Whims that spawn. It's also the perfect opportunity for your Sim to get out and meet other Sims while jogging or at the gym.
