Finchwick Icon Finchwick is a neighborhood in Henford-on-Bagley.

This small village is home to many festivals and activities but before all the tourism and bustle, this village was known as the old mill village. Sims would come with fresh crops and make all sorts of bread and pastries, which can still be purchased in the village today.

Finchwick was founded by Lord Volpe, a magnificent gardener and topiary mastermind. He was said to have loved topiaries so much, that each year he would decorate the village with them around the time of each festival. He also had a good relationship with then newcomer, Princess Cordelia, to whom he gifted a topiary he made himself.

"This stone-built pub is the local hangout of choice around Finchwick, and it's not surprising to see folks from the entire surrounding Henford-on-Bagley area here. Head upstairs to watch a little football on the telly or enjoy some delicious local fare at the bar downstairs - either way, it's clear what makes this place a community favorite."

The Gnome's Arms is a two-story bar featuring seating inside and outside, a bar, a small commercial kitchen and a TV lounge upstairs with public bathrooms. It is owned by the Scott family.

The bar was built by Devon Bumpkin, who has since renovated it twice: the first time to redo the lot without the EA build restrictions, and the second as part of his Let's Build The Worlds series.

"Don't be scared away by the fact that this cozy but cluttered home has been on the market for longer than normal. It may suffer from what some have deemed an "excess of character," but that only means it's simply waiting for the right Sim to come and find it - a Sim looking to live their one wild and precious life in the quaint village of Finchwick."

1 Cobblebottom Street is a small cottage with a single bedroom, a small study room (which can always be converted into an extra bedroom), and an attic space used for storage.

"This cozy home sits in the heart of Finchwick and is steps away from the small village's community hub. Though it can get a bit loud on fair days, there's no better place for a Sim who wants to be a part of it all."

3 Cobblebottom Street is a large family cottage with a dining sun room, an office room, and a master bedroom linked to an on-suite bathroom. Interestingly, there is a nursery for a potential new addition to the family, even though the Scott family is not expecting when the game is started.
