Minstrel Carlo is an NPC in Downtown who appears in The Sims: Hot Date. He is always accompanied by his guitar, which he plays to entertain the visitors of Downtown's community lots.
He is mostly seen in Dining areas of Downtown, and the only interactions available to him are "Tip 5§" and "Request Song", which will make him play. If he gets tipped enough he will eventually play a violin for that Sim and will always do so in the future when he plays for them.
