Felicity MacDuff is a pre-made playable Witch residing in Moonlight Falls, the world shipped with The Sims 3: Supernatural. She lives with her parents, Flint and Joanie and her three older siblings Jules, Joe and Faith, with her mother pregnant with her younger sibling. According to her bio, a prank involving water left Felicity scarred for life and gave her a fear of water. She starts off with no skills and has a baseball and a copy of "True Fairy Tales" in her inventory.
Felicity is good friends with Jules, friends with her parents and Faith and dislikes Joe. She doesn't know anyone outside her family. She and Jules have the same traits.
Her poor relationship with Joe may suggest that he was the one who pulled the water prank on her; furthermore, Jules is hydrophobic, meaning that he likely wouldn't participate in a water-related prank and making it more likely that Joe was the culprit.
