Caillou is one of the characters/main character/title character/only bald character/bald headed kid of the PBS Kids/Sprout/Teletoon/Treehouse/Cartoonito tv show of the same name, In CFTWECFTL's Sims 4 fanon series, His last name is Anderson. He lives with his parents and Rosie. He has mastered the Piano skill (He also has a white grand piano in one of the rooms in his house).

However, he is 4-years-old in the original Caillou series (According to the actual theme song which says this: "I'm just a kid who's four, Each day I grow some more, I like exploring, I'm Caillou!"), but he is a young adult in Sims 4
