He is an Elder, who has died from old age. His ghost is playable. His traits are active, outgoing, and genius, and he is a very quick learner. He founded Newcrest a long time ago.
He was a very nice man. He wore a tie mostly all of the time. He had a child at some point named Hamilton, who was selfish and used the family fortune for his own benefit. Hamilton married Annabeth Caliente, who's the town casanova, and they had Madison.
Ulysses is afraid the family is losing the importance of family unity and respect. His hopes lie on his granddaughter Madison, who is very shy, but nice to people.
