Regan Capp is an influential businesswoman who lives in Veronaville with her husband Lucian, brother Kent, and daughter Tamora. She is the president of her own company, a position she worked hard to achieve rather than starting with a Capp family handout.

As the youngest daughter of Contessa and Consort Capp, Regan knew that she was going to be fairly far down the family's line of succession. Instead of trying to get written into a better section of the will, Regan decided to break off on her own. Her parents, who had been hoping for all of their children to follow them into administrating the Capp & Ulett Law Firm, were slightly disappointed, although Consort has since come around upon seeing Regan rise to be President of a successful business. She is now a business partner of her father and sister, as well as best friends with both.

Regan was previously married via arrangement to Cornwall Dane, but their marriage was loveless and only held together by expectations. Regan's only confidantes in this time of her life were her sister Goneril and brother Kent; she trusted no one else, as her parents had arranged the marriage, Cordelia was determined to see every marriage as True Love with capital letters, and her brother-in-law Albany was friends with Cornwall. Eventually, however, she couldn't take living with someone she secretly despised any longer, and filed for divorce. Her father, who turned out to be more shocked that only one of his children ended their arranged marriage, helped her every step of the way in defending against Cornwall's legal battle; through this they became best friends. Fortunately, Regan had made sure to get a prenuptial agreement, which helped her win the case.

As the legal battle was ending, Regan met her second husband, Lucian, at a chess game. The two bonded over their love of logic, fine art, and practical pursuits, and fell in love quickly, although they tried to pace their relationship to make sure it would last. Regan eventually proposed, and Lucian accepted. They married almost immediately in a ceremony with just family, and welcomed their daughter Tamora within the year.

Although Regan's ex-husband still considers her a business rival, Regan is beginning to write him off more and more, as his company is hardly a dot on the economic globe compared to hers at this point. She's also had a lot of the Monty feud baggage to deal with ever since her sister Goneril was targeted by a Monty hitman.

Trivia[]

  • Regan is the second Capp daughter in the canon Veronaville and in Roaring Heights, but I made her the youngest, as it made more sense given her age, the relative ages of Capp family members, and her wish to strike out on her own.
