Biography
Olivia's siblings are astonished at the fact that Olivia is very outgoing and happy, as Olivia's siblings are quite sad. Will Olivia stay happy?
Olivia was born to Juliette Capp and Romeo Monty in Veronaville. Juliette fell pregnant to Romeo as a teen, and gave birth to her daughter, Olivia. She gave her up for adoption as her family had rejected her for falling pregnant, and also to a Monty! Her family accepted her after Olivia was given up for adoption. Olivia was adopted by Peter Dee, Jr. and was the second youngest of the children adopted by him.
Babyhood[]
Olivia developed signs of an extreme love for flowers, as she was fascinated by them.
Toddler years[]
Olivia got a bouquet of roses & daisies from Carol, and she re-arranged them to look better. Every time Carol came around after that, she brought a bouquet which Olivia would then re-arrange and place in her and Ella's room. Olivia always loved Carol coming over. Peter then drowned and died, leaving the children to Carol. Carol and Olivia were BFFs.
Childhood[]
Carol and the children's neighbourhood, Pleasantview, was struck by the biggest storm in its history, severely hurting the Caliente sisters and Daniel Pleasant, though there were no deaths. Once the storm was over, the Dees found their house half blown to bits. The family was too poor to pay to fix it, so they decided to rebuild the home themselves. Mike was a part-time mechanic, and he fixed the house's bathroom and kitchen, whereas Carol and the rest of the kids rebuilt the bedrooms. The kids and Carol were very proud of themselves, and deicated the new house to Peter, and created a plaque in the front yard in his honour. Olivia and the rest of the kids are very happy with the new house.
