| Sheltered by his family, attending college with the help of a soccer scholarship was Nabil's first taste of freedom; he hooked up with the significantly older Loukiya on a whim, attempting to prove something he knew he couldn't to himself -- and, by proxy, his parents. He could never have expected that she'd become pregnant, or that an innate sense of duty would lead him to drop out, marry her, and become a full-time dad. For what it's worth, he really doesn't mind being a househusband, especially given the house he lives in. And yet, he can't shake the feeling that he's never been, and never will be, truly free. | |

Nabil Rashid is a Sim living in the newly renovated town of Newcrest. Along with his wife Loukiya Rashid and their daughter Astryd, he resides at Magniloquent Manor, a house originally owned by his wife and the largest of the five residential lots that comprise the neighborhood of Llama Lagoon. At the beginning of the game, Nabil is nineteen days away from becoming an Adult.
Nabil, a stay-at-home father to Astryd from humble beginnings, is a jack of all trades but a master of none. When he isn't parenting, he spends his free time dabbling in Cooking, Baking, and Piano while proving more adept in Handiness and practicing Rocket Science by working on the rocket in his backyard; he has also proven himself to be a capable athlete. Though he became a father very young, he has proven himself to be an excellent parent, having won the favor of and often hosting playdates with Vivian Torres and Kanani Wingfield and their toddlers. Despite his marriage to Loukiya, Nabil has yet to achieve any of the goals of his Soulmate Aspiration.
In his inventory, Nabil carries a DigiRad keyboard, several upgrade parts, an apple, and a copy of Embracing the Moment and Inspiring Others by Robert Boss. Though not currently enrolled, he has completed two terms of a Physics degree program at Foxbury Institute.
