Mitchell Grey is one of the delivery persons in Flower City, the other two are Sonia Hart and Stephan Puddlewick. Mitchell can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him.

Mitchell will usually not appear unless a delivery person has been called to deliver groceries. But, like other service NPCs, he may occasionally appear at community lots.
