Lucy West is a vampire who is seen outside Layton and Talia White's household.

Biography

Weeks 01-09

Late at night, Lucy lurks outside the White household, before running off at vampire speed. Lucy is later revealed to be an affiliate of Raphus Cucullatus.

Weeks 10-11

On Raphus's request, Lucy turns him into a vampire, allowing him to start creating his own army of the undead.
