Jill Grunt (formerly Smith) is the youngest child of Pollination Tech #9 and Jenny Smith. She is married to Buck Grunt, and is the mother of three sons: James, Buchanan, and Rocky. She lives with her husband, father-in-law and sons in Strangetown.

Jill is the aunt to Dimitri Smith through her older brother Johnny. She is also the aunt through marriage to Natasha and Brick Grunt through her husband's brother Tank, and Gertrude and Dana Grunt through her husband's brother Ripp. She is also a cousin to her Uncle Pascal's son Tycho.
