Heather Edith Boles is a 3-time Starlight Accolade award winning Simerican actress. Born in Willow Creek to Blanche (nee Campbell) and Robert Boles as the oldest of two daughters, she developed a desire to act at a young age. She is of primarily English descent.
Boles had been attending Sims University, seeking a technology degree. However, midway through her sophomore year, she dropped out, citing boredom, and arrived in Del Sol Valley, immediately signing on with the Everyday Extras talent agency. She started off with perky roles in detergent commercials, and then followed that up with stints on 'Dead Sea Adventures' and 'The Urbz.' But it was her star turn on 'Dignity and Decorum,' the 19th century prime-time sudser, that put her on the map, landing her an award nomination and rocketing her to fame. In 'Dignity and Decorum,' she plays Edna, one of the Estatenab sisters, who must deal with a wayward daughter and a beau with a wandering eye. For her role in 'Dignity and Decorum,' Boles won her first Starlight Accolade award as best actress. Ironically, Boles' star-making role came about because fellow actress Élise Chaconne, who originated the part, had left to raise her two children. When Boles departed, Chaconne returned to the role. After her stint on D & D ended, she wound up on another prime-time sudser, medical-themed 'Residency of the Heart." In this, she plays a young medical resident balancing patients and her love life. For her role as the lusty med student, Boles won her second Starlight Accolade.
Next she played a female knight in 'Tournament of Honor,' a role for which she won her third Starlight Accolade award as best actress. The third 'Accolade' cemented her as one of the finest thespians of her generation.
Next up, she will play a Victorian lady in Kristy Verhoeven's 'Of Tea and Treachery.'
Because of her somewhat unconventional looks and personal style, Boles developed a reputation for playing strong female characters with unusual tendencies. She is now represented by the G.R.A.N. agency.
Boles has recently purchased the movie rights to author, adventurer, and heiress Savannah Plumb's autobiography An Adventurous Life and would like to take a stab at playing her in an adaptation of her life. Boles' interest in Plumb is consistent with her reputation for portraying strong female characters.
Personal life[]
Boles is openly bisexual. She dated her 'Residency of the Heart' co-star Amelia Thorpe, but after that relationship ended, she dated her 'Dead Sea Adventures' director Jarrod Peters. She is now in an on-again, off-again relationship with fellow actor Augustus Calvert. The pair has a daughter named Kismet.
Her younger sister, Hailey, has come to live with her in Del Sol Valley. Hailey is an aspiring musician and student at Copperdale High School.
She has admitted that in the future she might want to take a stab behind the camera, and her dream role would be that of a hacker.
