Cymbeline Capp was the only child of Cornwall and Regan Capp. On the same day she grew from a toddler to a child, Cymbeline and her parents were all killed in a tragic fire that destroyed their entire kitchen.
Cymbeline was born not long after her parents decided to try and repair their strained marriage. They worked hard to fix their relationship, and the small family lived happily up until their deaths.
The Capp family is very large, which meant that Cymbeline had many relatives while she was alive. She was a cousin to Miranda, Desdemona, Hal and Ariel Capp (through her Aunt Goneril), Cassio and Ophelia Capp (through her Uncle Kent), and Hermia, Juliette and Tybalt Capp (through her Aunt Cordelia). Her grandparents were Hamlet and Tobea Dane on her father's side, and Consort and Contessa Capp on her mother's side.
Like all characters residing in Veronaville, Cymbeline was named after a character from a Shakespeare play. Cymbeline's namesake was the title character from Cymbeline, who was the King of Britain. Despite her namesake being male, Cymbeline was female.
