Chase is the boss, manager, or CEO of California Mission, Clara Madicia. He turned his mansion into a functioning business to help survivors of the apocalyse and help them get over their problems by supplying them with "French Purity", tropical lifestyle, food, and nonalcoholic beverages, and their own room(s). He hired men and women to work with him to help others after they arrived. He hired people to be massage therapists, floor thereapists, and soldiers. His first soldier, Sebastian Anders, had suggested to Chase that they be considered "Paramilitary Zombie Killers" as a way proving they're protecting like soldiers in the Military, but have an additional title to what kind of unit, or type they are. Chase agreed to this and within days he hired eight men as Paramilitary Zombie Killers. Chase is very friendly and good humored. He is honest and understands the feelings and problems of his guests. When the zombies invade the property in an unknown aspect, Chase tries to be as honest as possible when things get out of hand, especially when relatives of guests are trapped in the same room of actual zombies.
