Bo lives alone.
Bo does not have a job.
Birth & educationEdit
Bo was born to two very working class parents in 1900. Bo's mother was a miller in a small village, meaning she did not make much money. Bo's father was unable to work due to an accident. Bo's education was bad and brief, her teacher's were not up to standard, meaning Bo was not qualified for any skilled job.
Despite all her hard luck, Bo managed to get a job as a cleaner for a very wealthy Chinese lady, Bo was worked to the ground, leaving her hands bare from washing the wealthy woman's clothing day-in-day-out. Bo met the wealthy woman's chef who was being paid the same amount. The two fell in love, landing Bo and the man, Shen a child.
Becoming a motherEdit
In 1940, Bo and Shen got a beautiful daughter, named Xing. With almost no money, Bo couldn't very well look after Xing on her own, but Shen was not a great help, so Bo brought in one of her friends from work who taught Xing to the point where she became incredibly intelligent.
After Xing moved out, Bo was left alone with Shen, the two grew old together. When Shen died, Bo stopped looking after herself and suddenly got very sick. Xing flew home from where she was teaching and nursed Bo back to health through thorough remedies. Bo thanked Xing, and went upstairs to retrieve a photo album to reminisce over with Xing. While walking down the stairs, Bo's heel snapped, and she fell down the stairs, breaking her neck.
Bo returned as a ghost after Xing met an old remedy maker. Bo told the remedy maker to give her something that could bring her mother back. The remedy maker told her that all he could give her was a small potion that if placed over one thing that Bo truly loved, she would return as a ghost. Xing took the potion from him, and went on the search to find what Bo loved. Xing had three drops worth of the potion, meaning she had three chances. Her first try was over Shen's grave. Despite Bo being eternally in love with Shen, it was not what she cherished the most. Xing then went to the house she grew up in and poured her second drop on it. Nothing happened. Xing had one chance left. She went into her mother's old room. And opened her diary and found her last passage. "Dear diary, today I introduced a new life into the world. I've named her Xing, and I know that I will love her more than anything in this world." Xing looked at the bottle, then herself in the mirror. She took the lid off and inhaled, dousing the last drop on it. Smoke filled the room, and up emerged the ghost of Bo Yang. Bo smiled at Xing.
