Elizabeth "Betty" Romanelli (née Carthage) is a Sim created by Facebookerror. Originally from Moonlight Bay, Betty later succeeded her deceased brother-in-law as the Don of the Bridgeport Mafia.
Elizabeth Ann-Marie Carthage was born to Donavon, the man next-in-line to take the helms of the extremely successful Carthage Financial Group, and Evelyn, a politician. Having been the second born child, it was her brother Edward who was the heir to family fortune, the mansion, and Carthage Financial. Elizabeth was doted on frequently by her grandmother Meredith, and quickly exhibited traits similar to her mother as opposed to her father.
Elizabeth and Evelyn had a close bond, and were best friends. As a teenager Elizabeth's best friend was fellow Evil teen Sofi Nelson, and she dated Byron Rannt for sometime. However, when she was a Senior in High School, she encountered Bridgeport Mayor Giovanni Romanelli who was vacationing in Moonlight Bay, and before too soon she was off to Bridgeport with him where the couple eloped.
Betty made a living as a Criminal despite her husband being the town's mayor. After the Bridgeport Mafia Don, her brother-in-law, passed away Betty was chosen to succeed him after a decisive period. Upon taking the helm of the Mafia, Betty was forced to work with her sister-in-law whom she hated because she had access to all of Luigi's records and generally knew most everything about the Mafia and how it was ran. The two formed a business-partnership, but never stopped hating each other.
Life in the Sims 3 for Console[]
Elizabeth Carthage is a teen Sim residing in Moonlight Bay with her parents and older brother at the family's mansion. Her grandfather founded the now-multi million dollar Carthage Financial Group which her father now leads. Elizabeth is best friends with her mother, and acquaintances with her father and brother. At the moment she is in a relationship with Byron Rannt, and is also best friends with Sofi Nelson.
Life in the Sims 3[]
Betty is married to the Mayor of Bridgeport, Giovanni Romanelli, who is considerably older than her. They couple dislikes children and therefore has none, and they live in an upscale condo. A safecracker in the Criminal career, Betty has recently been elevated to lead the Bridgeport Mafia following her brother-in-law's death. She is enemies with her sister-in-law Juliana and good friends with Katelyn Missoni and Renee Littler.
Betty is viewed as a dangerous criminal--even more so than her brother-in-law. Few people enjoy her company, but even fewer express that feeling. Under her leadership of the Mafia, the "Headquarters" was relocated to a more reclusive piece of real estate, a deal, of course, orchestrated by her husband.

The headshot for the Sims 3 for Console is merely a "what-if" portrait. I simply do not like phone-taken images of the console game to be used on the article.
She almost has the same eye color as her husband.
Betty in Moonlight Bay has less-full cheeks and higher cheekbones.
