Janella Wilafree Parker (born February 22nd, 1959), famously known as Aubriella, is a Simlish female singer-songwriter who is resided in Starlight Shores. She is the youngest child of Julia Horton and Willy Horton. She is best known as the "Queen of Glam Metal" and has a singing range from C3 to A6. Her best known hits are "Feelings of Passion", "Forever Young", "The Way You Love Me", "Impression", "Electric Side", and "Forever of My Life".

Early Life[]
Aubriella was born on February 22nd, 1959 at the hospital in Starlight Shores. During her childhood, she gain interest on pop and rock 'n roll music and has a taste on fashion. At the age of 9, she began to sing at several musicals and events. As a teenager, she taught herself how to play a guitar after she watched Archie playing a guitar several times. At the age of 16, she met Adam and became her boyfriend.
Adulthood[]
1977-1983: Early Career[]
Her career began in 1977 when she turned 18. She practiced her songs by performing Sing-a-Grams and with tips. Aubriella gave birth to a girl named Belle Joy Parker in November 26th, 1980. In late 1980, she signed an contract with YMCA Records and began to work on her debut album. In June 13th, 1981, she released her debut single "Shine On" and became a Top 5 hit on Starlight Hot 100. She later released her pop debut self-titled album on August 1st of the same year. Her debut album received positive reviews and peaked at #8 on Starlight 200 on September 19th of the same year. Her other singles include "Johnny" and "Fallen Around". The album was certified Gold by SIAA.
She began to work on her second album, The Days of My Heart, in 1982. It was later released on October 5th, 1982. The albums marks the first of her career to have rock elements, and the theme and tone became darker than her previous album. Its lead single, "Impression" (released on October 1st, 1982), became her first #1 hit. Other singles include "Warmth" (#10), "My Angel" (#22), and "No One Would Ever Find Me" (#59). In 1984, Aubriella won for Best New Artist and was nominated for "Record of the Year" for "Impression" at the Musical Awards. The album received mixed reviews from critics, but it became a success, peaking at #10 on Starlight 200 for a week. The album was certified Platinum by SIAA. Due to the success of "Impression", the music video for the song has been created and was released on November 5th, 1982 on M.
1983-1988: First Hiatus, Passion, Marriage, and Early Movies[]
She took hiatus in 1983 to raise her daughter. During that time, she write songs every day for her third album until the end of her hiatus in 1985, when she began to work on her third album with her husband. Her first label contract, however, ended, and have to sign with another label; she picked Yap Records to sign an contract. Before the release of her third album, Aubriella began to star herself on several documentaries and interviews to promote her third album. However, she did not reveal the name of the album until during an interview with Joshua Feathers, which was aired two weeks before its release.
Her third album, Passion, was released on November 15th, 1985. The album marks a departure from her original pop and rock music; they are replaced with glam metal, pop rock, and soft rock elements, and it contains all of her self-written songs with creative control. She also transformed her look from a "young, sweet girl" into a "powerful, colorful, and sexy woman". Passion became a commercial success, peaking at #1 on Starlight Hot 100 for 18 consecutive weeks (a record for most weeks of a female studio-album and a glam metal album), and the singles reached to the top 5, including #1 hits "Feelings of Passion" (released on July 6th, 1985) and "Forever Young" (released on November 8th, 1985). In 1986, Aubriella won all of the nominations at the Musical Awards for "Feelings of Passion": Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Rock Song. She also won Album of the Year, Best Album Package, Best Female Rock Performance for the entire album, Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical, Best Rock Album, and Best Producer in 1987. In addition, she also won several awards at various events for the album and its singles. The album received positive reviews from critics, praising its beautiful theme, well-written poetry and lyrics, and very enjoyable music, and as of 2015, the album was sold for over 25,000,000 copies in Simla, holding several records, including best selling album by a female, best selling glam metal album, and best selling rock album, as well as various female-themed records. Music videos of her single hits became a mainstream success on M, with "Forever Young" viewed by over 20,000,000 million sims, holding a record for most views of a female music video in history. The music video later won several awards at the M Music Video Awards, including Video of the Year and Best Female Video.
Shortly after the album's release, she was engaged by Adam and became fiances. A week later, they are married at a wedding in her private home. Aubriella also started to create her own cooking show called Aubriella's Cooking Show, which aired every Tuesday morning on HBA and won Emma and Cooking Awards for the show. She still continues to do the show as of today.
Aubriella starred as Jane Carter in The Golden One (1985) and Kelly Houston in Searching for My Love (1985), and they were released shortly after the album's release. She won at several ceremonies, including an Academia Award for Best Lead Actress for The Golden One. She also became a role model for feminists due to her glam metal fashion. Because of this, she became the best female role-model of 1986.
In 1986, she embarked her first tour to support her most successful album, which lasted until 1987, when she began to work on fourth studio album with her husband. Opening acts include Maria and the Rockin' Robins. The tour became successful, and it later held a record for most attended concert of a female artist of 1986.
After the success of the tour, her debut live album, Passion on Live!, was released on November 30th, 1986. The album was certified Platinum by SIAA in 1992.
1988-1993: Dedicated and Electric[]
Her fourth studio album, Dedicated, was released on June 2nd, 1988. This album marks a transformation on the theme and her look, in which became less colorful. The album became another commercial success, peaking at #1 on Starlight 200 for four weeks. The album received positive and some mixed reviews from critics, and it was certified 8x Platinum by SIAA. Two singles of the album, "The Way You Love Me" and "Forever of My Life", peaked at #1 on Starlight 200, and they are both nominated for Song of the Year at the Musical Awards. Aubriella, however, won for Best Female Rock Performance for "The Way You Love Me" and Best Female Pop Performance for "Forever of My Life". In addition, she was nominated for Album of the Year and won for Best Rock Album. Out of all the hits, only one song has a music video at that time due to budget concerns.
She embarked another tour shortly after its release and lasted until 1989. However, at a concert in the private venue, a stage prop caught a fire on her and was relinquished by the proprietor. She has second-degree burns and took hiatus on the tour for four months
She began to work on her fifth studio album in 1990 with her husband. While working on it, she is a guest star of several shows, such as Family Lives and Beauty of the Bold. In 1991, she received an achievement due to her comedy performances on television.
Her fifth studio album, Electric, was released on February 25th, 1992. The album marks a departure from her successful glam rock and pop rock elements and were replaced with new jack-swing, R&B, and pop music. It also marks a return of her colorful look from her third album. She, however, has a hip-hop look instead of a glam metal look because of its departure. This is the last album with Yap Records, which was later ended around the end of the tour. This is also her first album to bear a Parental Advisory Warning due to some sexual content and bad language. The album became a commercial success, peaking at #1 on Starlight 200 for two weeks. This album, however, received more mixed reviews than her previous album because of some of its weak writing and strange themes. The lead single of the album, "Electric", received more positive reviews than the rest of the songs on the album. It also became her last commercial success of the singles, peaking at #1 on Starlight Hot 100 for two weeks. Other singles include: "Rough" (#7), "All of Who I Am" (#22), "Shake it and Stop!" (#4), and "Shades of the Dark Sides" (#48). The song, "Electric", won for Record of the Year, Best R&B Song, and Best Female R&B Performance at the Musical Awards. In addition, she is nominated for Song of the Year, Album of the Year, and Best Pop Song for "All of Who I Am". She also won for Best R&B Album and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical. Her music video, "Electric", won two awards for Best Female Video and Best Concept Video, while the rest are nominated at the M Music Video Awards. After the release of "Rough", it became controversial due to its sexually-suggested lyrics and some bad language, which was the reason a music video is not made for the song. She embarked her third tour in 1992 and lasted until mid 1993.
1993-2001: The Days of the Women, Music Hiatus, and Save Me![]
In 1993, she was hired to be screen-tested for a female character, Barberella, in the movie The Days of the Women (1994), and she later won the role. The movie was released on September 13th, 1994. Shortly after the film's release, she began to be a role-model again due to Barberella's attractive personality and appearance. In 1995, she received a nomination of an Academia Award for Best Supporting Actress, but was lost to Shania Heart for Bella in The Days of Our Lives.
In 1995, she took a hiatus on music to raise her daughter and treat Adam because of illness and personal issues. She, however, still star at films, such as Titanium (1996), Cherish, Darling (1996), War of the Rings, and Falling from My Dreams (1997). She received nominations for Best Supporting Actress at several ceremonies and won a couple, including a Balti Award for Best Supporting Actress - Drama.
In 1998, her music hiatus ended and began to work on her sixth studio album. She signed with a new label of the year, Halaja Records, and wrote songs with her husband. Her sixth studio album, Save Me!, was released on September 19th, 1998. This album marks a departure of her previous music and looks and were replaced with country, folk, pop, and rock elements. She also transformed her look due to its nude colors popularity during that time. The album, however, failed to have commercial success like her previous albums, peaking at #34 on Starlight 200. The lead single of the album, "Treat Me Well", did have some commercial success, peaking at #9 on Starlight Hot 100.
In 1999, she announced that she will return to public events and concerts for her fans.
2001-2008: Colors of My Day, Second Hiatus, and Change[]
In 2001, after the 9/21 attacks, Aubriella starred at the Andrew Corey Show, and she announced that she is in development making her new album, which is stated that it is dedicated to people who died from 9/21 attacks. Her seventh studio album, Colors of My Day, was released on May 29th, 2002. This album marks her first album to include hard rock albums without any glam metal elements. Her look also transformed into a "dark, skater woman". This is her first album in ten years to have some commercial success, peaking at #5 on Starlight 200. The lead single of the album, "Someone's in Danger!", peaked at #3 on Starlight Hot 100 and #1 on Starlight Mainstream Rock Chart. She embarked the Colors of My Day tour in 2002 and lasted until 2003.
In 2003, she announced that she is on hiatus due to personal problems and illness. She also announced that she is raising her daughter to prepare for college. While she is on hiatus, she made her own website and donation center. The only exception while she is on hiatus is in 2005, when she began to have her own star on the Walk of Fame. She was also awarded as the "Queen of Glam Metal" because of her commercial success and creativity on her songwriting career at the Guinness Awards at around the same time.
In 2007, she announced that her hiatus ended, and she is working on her eighth studio album with her husband. Her eighth studio album, Change, was released on April 25th, 2008. The album marks a departure from her previous rock and were replaced with country, indie, and folk rock music. Her look also transformed into a "dark, powerful woman". The album failed to chart, and one of the singles of the album, "Cinnamon", reached to #66 on Starlight Hot 100 and #1 on Starlight Hot Country Songs Chart. She began to appear on several interviews shortly after the album's release.
2009-present: I'm Aubriella!, Christmas Time is Here!, Aubriella's World Tour, and Gone Far Away...[]
In 2009, she announced that she ordered WB to make a documentary-biographical movie about her life and career. The movie title, I'm Aubriella!, was unveiled on her 51st birthday. On April 4th, 2010, she announced that the first official trailer will be released on June 21st, 2010 and a second trailer released a month later. Two months later, she also announced that there will be a diamond edition of Passion with unreleased songs, photos, video footages, and behind-the-scenes, plus a DVD to celebrates its 25th anniversary, and it will be released on its exact 25th anniversary of the album (three days before the movie). The movie was released on November 16th, 2010. The movie became a commercial success, grossing $110 million on the opening week and $1.2 billion overall, holding a record for most grossed documentary-biographical movie. The movie also won two Academia Awards: Best Documentary Feature and Best Original Song for "The Time of My Life", which was a promotional single released a month before the movie. The movie also received nominations and awards at various ceremonies.
In 2012, she acted in two animated direct-to-video films: Sheila as Riley and Christmas on 35th Street as Amy Lilard.
In 2013, she announced that she is working on her Christmas albums with her original material and covers with her husband. Her Christmas album, Christmas Time is Here! was released on Thanksgiving Day of 2013. The single, "Love in Christmas, peaked at #1 on Starlight Holiday Singles Chart and #10 on Starlight Hot 100 for a week. The album later charted #1 on Starlight Holiday Album Chart and #12 on Starlight 200 for a week.
In June 2014, she announced that she is in development planning the tour, scheduled for 2015. A month later, she announced that the technical designers of the tour are building the largest stage of her tour career, and she will sing all of her first songs and biggest hits for the tour, in which one of them will be performed with a piano, plus a surprise song she had never performed for a long time or at all. Two months later, she announced that pre-ordering will began on October 3rd, 2014 for all the concerts of 2015. She also announced that the name of the tour is Aubriella's World Tour, and the tour will not end until at least 2018 with three hiatus'. The tour began on June 13th, 2015 at the Staples Center and ended on September 2nd, 2018 at the Gull Center. The tour became a commercial success, grossing for $913 million worldwide, holding a record for most grossed tour in history. Aubriella later won a Teen Award for Best Tour in 2017. She released a show during Aubriella's World Tour on February 12th, 2019 on Hotflix.
In May 2020, she announced that she will make her first album after her Christmas album was released nearly seven years earlier with her husband. The album title, Gone Far Away..., was unveiled on July 17th, 2020. The album was released on August 25th, 2020. The album peaked at #11 on Starlight 200.

Family and Marriage[]
Her mother, Julia Horton (1926-2004), has a German-Irish descent, was a professional-trained artist, and died from lung cancer, while her father, Willy Horton (1922-1994), has a Scottish-French descent, was a farmer, and died from natural causes. Her brother, Jean Horton, is single and an author.
At the age of 16, she met Adam Parker and became romantic partners. They were married after the release of Passion at a private home. They had one daughter named Belle Parker.
Genetics and Health[]
Aubriella has autism and ADHD, and she suffers from mental problems during her childhood and adolescence. Her behavioral problems vary over the years, and she later got mental medicine to avoid mood swings and other mental problems during her career. She has thick hair and rare light blue eyes due to rare genetics from her family.
In 2003, she began to suffer from illness, which causes her to be on hiatus. She thought that it would be a good idea not to sing because it would easily lose her voice. She also revealed at once that she had a dry throat when she is trying to sing.
