Esther is the sibling of Tziporah, who was also a ghost for a very long time, but took ambrosia and was brought back to life. Esther is interested in WooHoo and romance with both men and women, meaning that xie is bisexual. Esther is the first premade Sim to have neopronouns, with xir pronouns being xie/xem.

Esther is a young adult who has lived 48 days alive and in the afterlife. However, this means xie would not be as old as xie states in xir Ravenwood Rumors interaction where Esther reveals xie have been a ghost for a long time. This is because young adults start out at 48 days old. This means Esther couldn't have been a ghost for more than a day, which is most likely an oversight by the developers.
