Esme Curley is a pre-made playable elder Sim residing in Appaloosa Plains, the world shipped with The Sims 3: Pets. She is married to Tate, whom is said to be bitter and cold, but Esme has worked his heart in a very special way, and because of this she is considered a possible way of repairing what separates the family and the whole neighborhood.
