Elliot Nest is a pre-made Sim, living in Roaring Heights. His biography states that he has always been on the side of good who can’t stand crime, and is now investigating the suspicious manner in which Michael Dandy amassed his fortune. Despite knowing and being suspicious of Michael Dandy, the two do not know each other at the start of the game.

Outside of his home, he is friends with the local mailman Clifford Moore and babysitter Catherine Kramer.
