Eleanor Anjou is the late mother of Anne Norman and grandmother of Veronaville's Albany Capp. She died long before the start of the game.
Note: Eleanore was a Duchess of Gloucester. She appeared in the second part of Shakespeare's biographical play, Henry VI.
