Dorian Shankel is one of the pre-made NPC firefighters residing in Veronaville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 2. The other two firefighters are Steffi Trottier and Connor McClellan. He can be made playable by befriending him and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. He has the same facial structure as David McClellan, a bellhop from Exotic Destinations.

Dorian's zodiac sign is Taurus, and his aspiration is Romance. When it comes to skills, he has maximized body and cleaning, and is on his way towards maximizing logic. He is mostly interested in Food and Fashion. He shares his last name with Mehrissa Shankel, a secret society member from La Fiesta Tech. However, there is no evidence that the two are related.
