Division 47 is a neighborhood in The Sims 2 on PlayStation Portable.
Division 47 has a very unique army theme which includes a crashed UFO in the entrance. Pollination Technician 9 can be found hanging around outside the UFO at night. This neighborhood has townies wearing clothes based on the Science and Army careers. If the player visits Division 47 without finishing Deadtree, they cannot enter it because the main road to the neighbourhood will be blocked. The outside area leads to two other areas, the Barracks and the Laboratory, which requires an ID card to get into.
Division 47 is a reference to the top-secret military base, Area 51.
Barracks[]
The Barracks is where the player will receive jobs from General Buzz Grunt. In the Barracks is a living area with a tv and radio, a small kitchen, a shared bedroom with a computer, a communal shower and toilet room, a room with Tank’s computer, a medicine cabinet, and a store run by Ripp Grunt where the player can buy various food and gift items as well as gumflowers and bulbs, and a further computer room leading from there, where General Buzz is found during missions.

The Laboratory[]
The laboratory is an area where the best scientists in Division 47 research. The scientists are the Curious Brothers. The laboratory consists of a corridor and two labs, one of them containing a toilet and the other having a shower, a crib for Tycho, some workbenches and the minigame YETI. A door from the main corridor leads to the entrance of the secret sub-level. The Dudes in Black is an alien wearing a black suit, as his name would suggest. The player can get the code for the Secret Sub-Level by intimidating, or by hacking Tank Grunt's computer in the Barracks.

The Secret Sub-level[]
The Secret Sub-level is a secret area that links to the labs via an elevator. Here, you can find Pollination Technician 9 Smith's alien photograph album, a wardrobe, Tycho Curious and through another door at the end of the corridor, a computer belonging to Dr Newlow the player can hack into and a teleportation device which unlocks a new neighborhood- The Monument.
YETI[]
The YETI, is an alien communicating device. You are communicating with an alien in the next room. The alien will play a musical note sequence, and you must play it back to him without mistakes. The longer you stretch out this chain, the more you'll be paid, and there are more complex actions as the player gets promoted. Playing YETI affects the fun urgency.
