Disciplined is a physical trait in The Sims 3: World Adventures. It conflicts with Couch Potato.

Disciplined Sims do not fool around. They have the dedication and perseverance to become the best martial artists in town.

Attributes

• The Sim can learn the Martial art skill faster than other Sims.
• The Sim is most happy when practicing Martial arts.
• The Sim has a better chance of beating competitors when sparring.
• The Sim can break boards at a lower Martial arts skill level.
• Disciplined Sims don't like playing video or computer games.
• Disciplined Sims strongly benefit from undertaking a Physical Education major while studying at college.
