Debbie Frutti (or Debbie Party Girls) is a Sim living in SimValley. She is one of the few Sims that can marry the player's Sim.

In The Sims for console, Debbie is a part of the Party Girls household. Her interests are Weather and Outdoors. She also appears in the Club Abhi multiplayer game, along with her roommates Candy and Ginger.

In The Sims Bustin' Out for console, she lives at 1 Free Street. In both games, she lives with Candy, Pamela, and Ginger; in The Sims for console, she has a fourth roommate, May.
