Damien Girard is a pre-made adult Sim from Mesa Flats, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. He is Celeste Girard's lover turned husband. He works as a Field Researcher in the Science career track. When Damien met Celeste while she was abroad, he knew she was the one for him. After he came all the way to Mesa Flats and knocked on her door, he convinced her that the reverse was also true and the two have been inseparable ever since. They soon get engaged and plan their wedding at A Little Salmon Wedding Chapel. At the beginning of the Midnight Masquerade story, Damien marries Celeste at the chapel. Damien's best man is Gordon Fetching. Celeste and Damien then go on their honeymoon, but never come back after the completion of the story. This might be a mistake of the developers, but could also have been intentional.
Damien has the Family aspiration and the Gemini zodiac sign. As far as personality goes, Damien is very active and quite outgoing. But also somewhat sloppy, and quite serious and grouchy. When it comes to his skill points, Damien is halfway towards maximizing the cooking, body, and cleaning skills, is almost halfway towards maximizing the charisma and logic skills, and has low creativity and mechanical skills. His main interests are Entertainment, Animals, and Work.
- He shares his surname with the Girard family from The Sims 3: World Adventures.
- In her last email, Celeste writes that she and Damien went on a cruise. This might have accually been the Queen Solomon cruise ship of the Shipwrecked and Single story from The Sims Castaway Stories, which crashes and eventually sinks. If this were the case, Celeste and Damien must have been deceased, since they don't appear in the game's story as survivors. Which would explain why they never get back.
