- For the Urb, see Crystal (Urb).
Crystals are one of the items that can be collected in The Sims 4. They can be found while exploring rocks, and will provide the energized emotion.
Crystals can be sent to the Geo Council to be broken down into elements for §20. One of the possible elements that the crystal can be broken down into will arrive in the mail the following day.
In Get to Work, scientists can analyze crystals and metals themselves. In Jungle Adventure, Sims can extract elements from crystals at the archaeology table. Crystals can also be refined and later be used to make relics.
With the Gemology skill introduced in Crystal Creations, Sims can now use crystals to craft new objects ranging from new displayable Cuts, to wearable jewelry. Each crystal gains a special power when charged with the new Crystal Charging Grid, making use of the lunar cycle system.
