Hunter Cottoneye is an Adult Sim living in what looks like a bomb shelter in Riverview, called Subpar Bunker, which is 2 Cotton Branch Drive. His entire house is underground and has lookout towers above. It consists of a kitchen, living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. He has the Insane and Neurotic traits, and believes the world is coming to an end soon. He wears a green camouflage jacket, blue camouflage trousers, brown boots, sunglasses and a camouflaged army-style cap. He has shaved brown hair underneath his cap, a moustache and both a goatie and beard stubble.
At the beginning of the game, Meadow Carpenter-Rhodes visits him. She has similar traits to him and this implies that they will start some sort of relationship, although he is a loner, mean-spirited, neurotic and insane. Not an easy man to get on with!
