Contessa Arcadia Andrews is one of the pre-made NPC grand vampires residing in Downtown, the sub-neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Nightlife. The other three grand vampires are Count Cooper Baena, Count Armando Roennigke and Contessa Shannon Copur. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. She has the same facial structure as Andrea Hogan. According to her SimDNA in SimPE, she had medium skin and green eyes before she became a vampire.
Arcadia's name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Contessa Arcadia Andrews" is only referenced in the game files. Even though she has black hair, she has brown eyebrows which indicates that she dyed her hair black. Her SimDNA in SimPE confirms that her natural hair color is brown.
Despite being a Pleasure Sim, Arcadia has the lifetime want to reach the top of the Law Enforcement career. This want makes Arcadia compatible, at least in theory, with a Family or Popularity Sim, though she would have better chemistry with a Romance Sim.
