Company tie-ins are cases where real-life companies sponsor and/or approve themed objects in The Sims games or feature The Sims series in their content.

Ran a EA-wide campaign in 2010 where Dr. Pepper products in 49 US states (except Maine and DC) contained DLC codes for EA games. Among the options for The Sims 3, was a stadium shell and the cars Retro Ride and Seaside Ride. Codes could be found in the following products:[1]
- 590ml, 475ml, and 415ml bottles of Dr. Pepper, Dr. Pepper Cherry, Diet Dr. Pepper, or Diet Dr. Pepper Cherry.
- 945ml fountain cups.
- Non-descript participating 7-Eleven outlets.
Later, in July 2011, an Alice in Wonderland-themed set was reported to have involved Dr. Pepper once again.[2]
Fanta[]
A shirt and a refrigerator with Fanta logos and slogans were available on The Sims 3 Store for a while until early 2012.[3]
Fiat[]
Had a branded Fiat Punto car available in TheSims2.com for players to download.
Ford[]
Was involved in Ford Focus Thrill Seeker Pack,[Store] which included a skydiving center, Ford Fiesta, Ford Fiesta Hatchback, and Ford Focus Four Door cars, a Neon Nights High End Stereo stereo, and a Ford Focus "Start Something Remote". There was also available the 2012 Ford Focus 5-Door car.
In TheSims2.com, there were available a Ford Escape Hybrid, Ford Edge, Ford Focus, Ford Fusion and Ford Mustang GT cars.
H&M (Hennes & Mauritz)[]
Honda[]
What appears to be a Honda Element, is shown on a poster near Skyline Beach in The Urbz: Sims in the City. A Honda car store is also right next to Kicktail Park.
Iams[]
Had a branded set on The Sims 3 Store in 2011,[4] which was available by registering The Sims 3: Pets serial codes online. The set included food bowls, a dog house, a chew toy, and decorative bags of pet food. There was also a base game compatible sofa with the brand logo.
IKEA[]
Katy Perry[]
In addition to having a stuff pack named after her, she also had the The Sims 3: Showtime Katy Perry Collector's Edition named after her.
KISS[]
A poster and T-shirts with images of them were available on The Sims 3 Store in 2010.[5]

It includes a collaboration with the brand MeUndies.

Orange S.A.[]
Two tank tops with Orange themes were available on The Sims 3 Store, reportedly at The Sims 3's launch in 2009.[6] It is unknown if they were parts of a set or when they were delisted.
Ozzy Osbourne[]
A poster and T-shirts with images of them were available on The Sims 3 Store in 2010.[5]
Pepsi[]

There are various Red Bull themed vending machines throughout the districts in the North American version of The Urbz: Sims in the City.
Renault[]
Was involved in Renault Eco Pack,[Store] which was free of charge. It included a non-functioning charging station, Renault Twizy and Renault Fluence cars, as well as various objects that were also included in the Toyota promotion. There were also available the New Renault Twizy and Renault ZOE cars. However, despite the set being delisted, the Renault Twizy, the charging station, and the tie-in windmill, solar panels, and plants are all still available on the Sims 3 Store as of July 2024 as standalone objects.
Sex Pistols[]
A poster and T-shirts with images of them were available on The Sims 3 Store in 2010.[5]
Shakira[]
A poster and T-shirt with a photo of her was available on The Sims 3 Store for a while in July 2010.[7][5]

- In EA's attempt to offer different car-themed Store sets with similar contents for different continents, Renault and Toyota was paired together for Europe and USA respectively. The choice of Toyota was odd when considering Renault was in an alliance with Toyota's Japanese rivals Nissan at the time.[8][9]
