Flying V's Coffeehouse
The coffeehouse is a lot assignment in The Sims 3: Showtime.
Coffeehouse venue is a hangout type lot where your Sims can enjoy some me time, or hang out with a group of friends. You can also add some of the new Showtime interactive content to spice it up! Performers are able to perform and audition for gigs here.
Lot compatibility[]
As of patch 36, if the required Showtime objects are added to a pool, gym, library or a dive bar lot, they will be able to host coffeehouse type gigs without requiring a change in lot assignment, allowing it to function as both lot types (but they will not host SimFests without the use of mods). It also adds a new diner workplace for chefs.
However, housing a Showtime venue in a Late Night club might cause a conflict between their business hours. It would be possible to get a gig at a time the club should be closed, thus not allowing the performer in.
