The civil designer career is a career track featured in The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle. Its main focus is planning and presenting ideas for neighborhood development in Evergreen Harbor, influencing the community to vote for neighborhood action plans, and designing and fabricating eco-friendly furniture, gadgets, and decor. Sims in this career have the option of either going to work or working from home.

Ideal skills for this type of employment must start at your Logic and Handiness skills, then you will also have to consider your Charisma or Fabrication skill depending of which of the two branches you take after level 3, so you want to ideally plan ahead to avoid promotion disruptions.
