Cheer team member is a career track in The Sims 4: High School Years. It is classified as an afterschool activity that is only available to teens. Completing this career track awards the Cheer Champion Trait, which makes Fitness skill increase faster, and guarantees an Athletics Scholarship when applying to University.

Practice with your squad and compete at the cheer competition once a week. You'll need a cheer mat to get started but reach cheer captain to earn a golden cheer mat, team flag, and trophy."
