Buddy Newbie is a pre-made playable Dalmatian dog featured in The Sims 2: Pets for console. He is owned by Bob and Betty Newbie.

He returned in The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs on February 15, 2019, to mark the 19th anniversary of The Sims. While Bob and Betty appear in The Sims 4 base game, Buddy will only come with the family if Cats and Dogs is installed. He doesn't know any commands when his household is first played.
