The Body Sculptor is a lifetime reward object in The Sims 3, which can change a Sim's body mass and muscle mass.
It has 4 "Change Shape…" settings (Thinner, Fatter, Stronger, Weaker), and 3 "Set Power Level…" (Low, Medium, High).
It can also be used to exchange from lifetime happiness to Simoleons, being possible to sell at up to an 0.20 exchange rate, the same as for the teleportation pad.
