Bobo the Bum (known as Bobo the Hobo) is a pre-made NPC featured in The Sims for console and The Urbz: Sims in the City for console.
In The Sims, Bobo walks around SimValley on Stages 3–6.[1] He will often beg Sims for food, and if the player's Sim greets him and gives him food, The Park for 2-player mode will be unlocked. Bobo wears a simple blue suit and only walks past the house, not come up to the door. He is also known for having no family. His interests are Money, Politics, and Sports.
Bobo also appears at the ending movie right before the player climbs up the stairs to the helicopter.
In The Urbz, Bobo is a purely decorative NPC; he appears on community lots performing activities such as dumpster diving, but he can't be befriended, and doesn't show up in the player character's relationships panel.
