Like his wife Bobby is friends with Wei Keane and enemies with Justin Kayes, Lang Gwydd and Anna-Liza Riddle. Bobby has a job in Military career track at level 4 and he has 3 skill points in the athletic skill, 4 in Handiness, 3 in logic and 2 in Charisma. He may be somehow related to Penelope Sargeant.
Bobby's lifetime wish is to reach the top of the Investigator career, but he is currently employed in the Military career. Players may wish to have him change jobs in order to complete his goal.
