Bob-Andy Baker is a deceased Sim who once lived in Twinbrook, the world shipped with The Sims 3: Ambitions. He drowned as an adult after completing his lifetime wish and is buried in the Ivy Hill Graveyard. He may be related to the Baker family, but this is not confirmed since he doesn't appear on the family tree. It is speculated that he was either the spouse or sibling of Mary Baker, and the possible father of Lincoln and Newton Baker, who share some features with Bob-Andy. He is one of three Twinbrook Sims to have the name Robert or a diminutive of it, the other two are Robert Castor and Bobby Sargeant.
It is also unusual how Bob-Andy died of drowning, since the Grim Reaper, for the most part, revives unlucky Sims.
