Blair Seavey is one of the pre-made townies who resides in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. As far as personality, Blair is very playful, and a little bit neat and outgoing. But he is quite lazy, and somewhat grouchy.
