Birth Queen is one of the pre-made, yet unplayable deceased ancestral Sims featured in The Sims 2. She was the mother of Birth Queen and the maternal grandmother of Pollination Tech 9 Smith and the great grandmother of his children, Johnny and Jill Smith, and Chloe and Lola Singles. As she is already deceased at the start of the game she can only be seen in her grandsons family tree.
Strangely when viewing her relationships in SimPE, Birth has no relation to Colony Drone 2121, who was her daughter's father. According to Birth's SimDNA, her genetics are for black hair. Before she died, she was 38 days from being an elder, meaning that she may have used the Elixir of Life shortly after entering adulthood.
