Bill Racket is a pre-made playable adult Sim who lives in Twinbrook, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 3: Ambitions. He is an adult who is nine days away from becoming an elder. He lives with his large family, consisting of his parents Max and Marigold, his brother Dennis, his sister-in-law Silver, and his nephew and niece, Shark and Lolly. His older brother, Dudley, lives apart from the family.
The Rackets are a wealthy family with a background in crime, with Max being the patriarch. Max, however, doesn't initially appear to have any signs of being a criminal on the surface, but his personality reveals that he may have been a notorious kleptomaniac. It is Marigold who has a clear career history of having worked in the Criminal career in the Evil branch, and she is said to be the true head of the crime family and not her cowardly husband.
Bill appears to be disappointed that his father chose Dennis to lead the family business, despite the fact that the two brothers are enemies with each other anyway. Thus, Bill seems to hold a grudge against Dennis, who also happens to be the favorite son of his father. He is a gold digger with commitment issues who only seems to be interested in marrying for his spouse's money.
Bill is romantically interested in Julienne Knack, friends with Marigold and Lolly, acquaintances with Rich Whelohff, Oliver Greenwood and his boss and enemies with the rest of his family. He has three points in the charisma skill and nine points in the hidden foosball skill and is employed as a Yes-Man in the political career, though his career performance is terrible; unless his performance is improved, he will be demoted soon after the game starts. He carries a book in his inventory.
Like Dennis, Bill has a tattoo on his back.
